Moreover the insulation material is usually made of rubber or various types of plastic and PVC which can be extremely harmful to the environment. Ekocentar 97 applies special methods for dividing the metal from the insulation and thus we get a two-fold effect. The metals are then processed for further recycling, and the insulation is broken down, and thus reducing the harmful effects to our environment. The purchasing of the used cables are determined by the composition of the cable (what material it’s made of).
