Ekocentar 97 holds all necessary permits for collecting, transporting, storing and treating hazardous and non-hazardous waste. We strictly adhere to regulations set forth by the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, as well as international guidelines.

• Permit for storage and treatment of (hazardous and non-hazardous) waste, Permit No. “UP1-11/2-2483/2022” issued by the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning of the Republic of North Macedonia on 17.03.2023, valid until 16.03.2033;
  

• Decision to extend the Waste Management Permit (storage, treatment, and/or processing of waste) No. “UP1-11/2-1955/2023” dated 29.09.2023;
  

• Permit for the collection and transport of municipal and other types of waste, No. 216 registered under No. “UP1-11/2-2225/2022” issued by the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning of the Republic of North Macedonia on 17.01.2023, valid until 16.01.2023;
  

• Permit for the collection and transport of hazardous waste, No. 14 registered under No. “UP1-31-629/2020” issued by the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning of the Republic of Macedonia on 01.07.2018, valid until 29.07.2030;
  

• Decision to extend the Permit for the collection and transport of hazardous waste, No. “UP1-31-629/2020” dated 29.06.2020.
  

• Passed professional exam for the management and/or handling of waste on 26.02.2014.
  

• Certificate of professional competence in road traffic, valid since November 2010;
  

• License for public transport in domestic road traffic, valid until 24.06.2029;
  

• Approval for the transport of hazardous materials in road traffic, No. 00295/1 issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of North Macedonia on 02.03.2022, valid until 02.03. 2027.
  

• ADR certificate for driver training for the professional ability of motor vehicles drivers for transport of hazardous materials.
